But this condition can be a negative sign if you always pee for at least every 10 to 15 minutes. The waste inside the kidney is eliminated from the body by asking you to pee more often.

The high pressure on the uterus makes the bladder have less storage space for the urine. The good news is that in the second trimester, the uterus rises to the abdominal activity. 1. The position when you urinate
You have to empty the bladder when you urinate by having the right body position. What you have to do is leaning forward so that the urine inside the bladder will be eliminated until the last drop. By doing this position every time you pee, you can reduce the frequency of visiting the toilet.

2. Keep drinking water
Many pregnant women think that drinking water will make them go to the bathroom more often. It is not true. If you stop drinking water, the baby will be dehydrated. It is not a good healthy lifestyle to follow during the pregnancy. The body still need steady amount of fluid to keep it hydrated. If you stop drinking the water, it may lead into the infection on the urinary tract.
3. Avoid caffeine
Caffeine is not good for the pregnant women who experience frequent urination in pregnancy. You have to avoid coffee, cola, tea, and soft drink for they contain high amount of caffeine if you want to have less frequent visiting on the bathroom.
4. Don’t hold the urine
You will have to go to the bathroom again and again if you hold the urine in the bladder. If you want to urinate, just go to the bathroom and follow this natural cycle. It is also recommended for the pregnant women to reduce the intake of water or fluid before they go to the bed. If you drink excessive amount of water in the evening, the sleeping time at night will be interrupted with frequent visit to the bathroom. The body will feel tired if you do not get enough sleeping time.
5. Wear the panty shield or sanitary pad
You can go to the supermarket and get the sanitary pad or panty shield. It helps you to cover the unexpected urine which may come because of the activities such as lifting heavy objects, sneezing or even coughing.
6. Do Kegel Exercises
Kegel exercise is good to conduct by the pregnant women. It helps you to control the urethra. This exercise is very simple to do. You just have to do around 10 to 15 contractions to help you increase the strength of urethra to hold the urine. Kegel exercise can be performed anytime and anywhere.
